All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will begin processing the same business day.
3. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
As soon as your package is labeled and scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (USPS or UPS) and a direct tracking link. You can track your parcel live anytime on our Track Your Order portal.
4. Address Modifications & Cancellations
To ensure swift fulfillment, our logistics team begins preparing orders promptly. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately at support@idiotax.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
5. Damaged, Defective or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or package tracking indicates delivery but cannot be located, please contact us within 48 hours of the carrier delivery scan. Provide your Order Number and photographs of the exterior packaging and damaged product. We will issue a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.
